And also, I don&#39;t know what Xanthum Gum even is...lol<br /><br />School lunches are usually bean free chili, soups, wraps made with turkey and tomatoes (sometimes mayo as I have yet to make a decent batch of homemade mayo) but she also likes avocado spread. She loves a romaine leaf with tuna fish and pickles and her fav is a blt. Romain lettuce with tomatoes and bacon. Thursday I let her have school pizza but i noticed that towards the end of the year she wasn&#39;t liking the pizza anymore. The longer you feed them good food the more they begin to reject the crap food all on their own. she takes snacks too....almonds and cranberries, lara bars once in awhile. I&#39;m trying to think of other things but I&#39;m drawing a blank. Oh she takes salami sometimes too. Did that make it more custard like? I have an ice cream maker ($40 at Amazon!) and I add Xanthum gum to make it more creamy vice icy. I haven&#39;t tried eggs to the mix.<br /><br />I usually do the coconut milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract a bit of agave and the XG.
